My entire side yard was eroding away and they were fighting me on building a retaining wall when that is so clearly what it needed. They built the wall and put it 3 feet into my property line giving my neighbor part of my land.

Fischer homes has been the absolute worst nightmare when it comes to building. I went through the process with them a year and a half ago. Everything from sales, to building, to the project managers, and customer service has been horrible. I was lied to about multiple lots by sales and they were bought out from under me because of it. They also lie to everyone buying that the slides to the pool work.

I even called out the sales lady on it and she was stunned and didnÂ’t know what to say. I went through 3-4 project managers throughout the entire process of building and warranty work. They are completely under staffed which also causes horrible customer service and when someone goes on vacation there is no one filling in for each other.
I was told by one of the project managers they werenÂ’t even sure they were going to fix it. This resulted in me emailing the president of the company having to threaten legal action. These project managers have so many houses theyÂ’re responsible for that they canÂ’t even keep organized. TheyÂ’ll schedule people coming out to your house without even telling you who is coming when and on what days.
I had one project manager try to tell me he said I didnÂ’t care when these trades showed up to work as long as they were after a certain day and time. That does NOT mean donÂ’t tell me when theyÂ’re coming! It means youÂ’re free to schedule after this day and time. He kept arguing with me that I had to tell him to get out of my house! I would absolutely never recommend Fischer Homes to anyone, not even my worst enemy. TheyÂ’ve been lying to buyers for years about our great amenities that donÂ’t even work.
So many other neighbors have had water leaks and mold issues in their basements from shower leaks, etc. Do yourself a favor and research their reviews and customer service ratings. I wish I would have researched before buying with them. Our roofing company has years of experience and our staff is highly qualified and dedicated to building quality roofs. We price our products fairly and work hard to make sure that our customers get exactly the kind of roof they need. Every member of our staff is experienced and certified and has been with us for at least 3 years.
